Hi, my name is Bob Lain, owner and operator of Lain’s Carpet Care here in Redding California. I have been cleaning carpets for over thirty years mostly in Redding, for another local business.

In June of 2019 I decided to start my own business Lain’s Carpet Care, it has been the best decision for me and my family. I have dedicated myself to learning over the years new techniques and methods to help me provide the best customer service and cleaning techniques.

In 2009 I was awarded runner-up in customer service during The Hall of Excellence event sponsored by the Redding Chamber of Commerce. I have taken several IICRC certification class in carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning along with classes in odor control, carpet repair, and installation.
